TeamSCT Advantage

Posted by admin | Main | Sunday 11 January 2009 10:06 am

The TeamSCT approach integrates the knowledge and experience of ABT’s traditional customer support, user training and implementation groups, organizing members into cross-functional service teams assigned to specific PowerCAMPUS clients.  TeamSCT will improve the efficiency of SCT PowerCAMPUS resource management, provide incentives for TeamSCT professionals to meet and exceed the service levels for their specified client institutions, and enable clients to develop closer working relationships with the PowerCAMPUS personnel who serve as extensions to their busy IT staff.

Each client team in the TeamSCT organization is led by a project manager and includes an implementation consultant, an implementation analyst, a support analyst, and a product specialist.  As required, these client teams can access additional resources from a shared-skills team that includes the leaders of the SCT PowerCAMPUS professional service disciplines, a support analyst, a technical support analyst, two application trainers, and two database-conversion programmers.  The service leaders define functional roles and responsibilities for the project management, implementation, training and support-service specialties, as well as play an active role in helping the professionals in their service lines to identify and schedule their career development training.

TEAMwork:  Talk, Effort, Attitude, Motivation

Teamwork and celebration are the key words to remember. Maintaining a positive attitude, working as a team, communicating internally as well as with SCT PowerCAMPUS and celebrating every milestone along the way can make a huge difference in your implementation. SCT PowerCAMPUS’s motto is “Together we can do anything.”  We want to be your partners and members of your team for life. Like any long term relationship, there will be stress filled times. Our attitudes and professional respect for one another will see us through them and allow us to celebrate together in the end.

Talk – communication involves talking and listening to each other.

Effort – everyone pulling together and working toward a common goal.

Attitude – “Happiness is not a state to arrive at, but rather, a manner of traveling.”

Motivation – work towards improving services and your work environment.
