Fail to plan, plan to fail . . .  The most important and sometimes overlooked step in the implementation of a new system or an additional module is the planning phase. Common sense tells us that successful implementations require a well thought out schedule documenting realistic timetables, resource requirements and accountability for tasks. Newtown Square, PA  February 14, 2001   – ABT, a leading provider of information systems and services for the business of education, announced today that it has been awarded a contract by the University of California – Irvine Extension School (UCI Extension).  According to the terms of the agreement, ABT will lead a joint UCI/ABT project team that will  implement an integrated PowerCAMPUS and IQ.Web system specifically tailored to provide administrative- and student-information services in support of UCI Extension’s continuing education mission.
